THE NEW EXPERIENCE IN ECG
Why do you still need 3, 5 or 10 lead wires for recording an ECG? Why are the different lead wires so heavy to wear on the body? Why do ECG devices and patient monitors suffer so much noise in ECG signals?
We asked ourselves those questions and concluded that the principle of ECG hasn’t been changed since the beginning of the 20th century. We also discovered that there is no medical device on the market that provides a solution to all these issues that occur on a daily basis. A digital ECG sensor and new ECG cable concept.
By using SenseLink you measure the ECG of your patients in the best possible quality. The device is an all-in one solution, suitable for event recording with full disclosure data. But also for monitoring patients outside the hospital in real-time. From any location in the world on a 24/7 basis. SenseLink is the perfect device for Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) purposes.
THE BENEFITS
Clean ECG
Many ECG’s contain interference and have to be recorded again. Noise is a very common source of bad measurements. There are several causes, including:
– Electromagnetic interference (2G/3G, WiFi, Bluetooth)
– Movement of the ECG cable
– Pulling on ECG cables and electrodes
– Incorrect placement of the electrodes
– Incorrect placement of the sensors (sensors are placed on the wrong electrodes)
– Loose sensors or electrodes
SenseLink provides the solution, while maintaining high quality and reliability. Our ECG cables contain active sensors to digitize the ECG measurements directly at the skin of the patient. Therefore the signal does not suffer from interference anymore. SenseLink is designed to measure a clean and high quality ECG.
Optimal comfort
Current ECG cables have many limitations because of the multiple lead wires that are connected to the patient. We do this differently. Much attention is paid to the patient comfort. All sensors are connected in series. Only one cable is attached to the patient. Your patients experience freedom of movement and a minimum load. The ECG cable can be perfectly worn under clothing and is not visible!
The biocompatible materials of the cable ensure that the product can be worn for longer periods without causing skin problems. A measurement of 24 or 48 hours or longer is no problem.
For optimal comfort and safe feeling, SenseLink offers the possibility to monitor patients remotely. The device includes 2G/3G connectivity to transmit the data. Real-time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Does your patient experience certain symptoms during the measurement? The device will automatically detect tachycardia, bradycardia, pause and atrial fibrillation events. The patient can also manually save and transmit events by pressing the event button.
Easy to connect
Simplification of the ECG cable concept ensures easy operation and error-free handling of the ECG measurements. No more lead wires that are tied up and wrong placement of the sensors and electrodes.
Because the sensors are placed in series, only one cable has to be connected to the patient. SenseLink contains only one connector. Plug in the ECG cable and the measurement starts. Quick, easy and error free!
SenseLink is available in combination with a 3, 5 and 12-lead ECG cable. The cable can be used in any situation or environment. For example at the hospital, at home, during travel, sport activity or in any other situation.
MDR certification
SenseLink is certified as medical device and holds a CE certification against the Medical Device Regulation 2017/745 (MDR). The certificate is issued by Kiwa Dare B.V. (1912) as Notified Body.
The product is designed in conformance to the following standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission:
